Platform Terms of Service

These platform terms govern operator (tenant) use of Regal Star Gaming. Each operator publishes its own player-facing terms via the branding editor.

1. Eligibility. Operators must be approved and, for real-money operation, hold a valid gaming license in each jurisdiction served.

2. Gaming modes. Real-money wagering is disabled by default and may be enabled only after compliance approval.

3. Compliance. Operators must maintain KYC/AML, geolocation, and responsible-gaming controls as configured by the platform.

4. Prohibited use. Operating in unlicensed jurisdictions, circumventing geolocation, or serving minors is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension.

5. Liability & venue. Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. See the LICENSE for proprietary terms.
